Labrador Antique® HQ
Labrador Antique® is quarried in Sirevåg close to Stavanger at the west-coast of Norway. The quarry was opened in May 1996 and this stone has become very popular because of its unique compound of colours: dark brown ground colour with clear blue/purple crystals. The structure is not absolute conform as other labradors, but more multicolour. There can be red/brown/black/ lines and some small black spots in the multicolour structure.
The geological name of Labrador Antique® is Anortositt and it was formed 920-1000 million years ago.
