Synonyms: Vert Patricia
A green serpentinite with only some single dark areas. Verde Patricia possibly is identical with Verde Gressoney. Available are two sorts, Verde Patricia Chiaro (clear/light) and Verde Patricia Scuro (dark). This stone internationally may be nominated as a marble. For the US and Chinese market this is correct but in the area of application of the European Standard this stone must be nominated as serpentinite. Serpentinite is, as a rule, not resistant against frost, acid and salt. For facing an flooring, (especally thin and big-size tiles) use waterless adhesives. Having a tendency to break the random slabs are often strengthened with glass fibre-armed resin.
