A fine-grained, greenish-grey gneiss (metatexite) of the Precambrian period. This stone internationally may be nominated as a granite. For the US and Chinese market this is correct but in the area of application of the European Standard this stone must be nominated as gneiss. The spread of texture of Verde San Francisco is very wide. A small sample is mostly not representative. To get an impression, pictures of large slabs or of finished projects should be presented to the customer.
