Primary Production

Band Polishing Machinery: In the foreground of this picture, we can see the polishing bricks used within this machine to polish small monumental slabs. The machine is a dedicated piece able to apply a very fine finish to all stone materials. The only limitation this machine has is the width of the slab - the heights and lengths* can all be adjusted automatically to accomodate all orders.

*Note: Lengths of slabs are typically restricted to the size of the block in which they were cut from.

Band Polishing Machine: This image shows small granite slabs entering the automatic band polishing machine. A machine like this is capable of producing enormous quantities of constant, quality polished slabs, essential for larger construction projects.

Band Slab Polisher: This is a picture of one of our "state of the art" band polishing machines. This is used to polish slabs that can be for many purposes including the construction and monumental trades.

This image shows racks of slabs ready for inspection prior to packing and shipment.
